Getting started

What is Mauyer?+

Mauyer is an AI reasoning layer for banking. Every case is reviewed in parallel by three specialist agents — operations, risk & compliance, and legal & policy — and an adjudicator produces a Green, Yellow or Red dossier with every finding tied to its source.

Who is it for?+

Banks, brokers, credit unions and financial professionals, plus individual clients who want institutional-grade analysis of their own finances.

How do I create an account?+

Select Sign in, then continue with Google or register with email and password. A short two-step onboarding sets up your workspace.

What should I do first?+

Fill in your Grounding profile (Workspace → Grounding profile), upload a few documents to the Vault, then open a department and create your first case.

Grounding profile

What is the grounding profile?+

Context about your institution or yourself — jurisdiction, risk appetite, credit thresholds, AML framework, goals and more. Mauyer adds it to every committee review and research answer so results reflect how you actually operate.

Do I need to fill in everything?+

No. The Essentials take about a minute. The optional sections let power users add as much depth as they like; the depth meter shows how complete it is.

Can the profile override evidence?+

No. It is treated as context, never as instructions, and never overrides documented evidence or regulation.

Can I turn it off?+

Yes. Switch off "Use this profile in all analyses" or delete the profile at any time.

Digital Committee & decisions

What do Green, Yellow and Red mean?+

Green: ready for your independent checker. Yellow: paused for human review, usually for missing evidence. Red: blocked, with reasons and a plain-language note for the client.

Does Green mean a loan is approved or a trade is executed?+

No. In regulated departments Green is a recommendation only. It is never a loan approval, disbursement, trade execution, posted journal, compliance disposition or production go-live.

What is the four-eyes rule?+

The person who opens a case (the maker) cannot approve it. A different authorised person (the checker) must approve, return or reject — enforced in the database, not just on screen.

What are autonomy levels L1–L4?+

They set how far the AI may go, from drafting assistant (L1) to straight-through processing within strict guardrails (L4). Regulated departments always require a human checker.

What is Client view?+

A plain-language version of the decision, with no jargon or risk scores, suitable for sharing with the customer.

Departments

Which departments are available?+

Operations & Servicing, Credit & Underwriting, Compliance & AML, Deal Desk & Markets (including digital assets), Treasury & ALM, Accounting & Control, IT & AI Governance, and Market Intelligence.

Are crypto and digital assets covered?+

Yes. The Deal Desk handles crypto-asset products, digital-asset custody, DeFi and staking exposure, and stablecoin reserve reviews.

Are live systems connected?+

Not by default. Sanctions screening, market data, ledger balances and core-banking actions are simulated during evaluation and clearly labelled. Live connections are configured per institution.

Documents & the Vault

Which files can I upload?+

PDF, Excel (XLSX) and text files. Mauyer reads them page by page and sheet by sheet so findings can cite the exact location.

How do citations work?+

Each finding shows a chip such as "p. 4" or "Sheet: P&L" pointing to the source. If something can't be sourced, the agents are instructed not to state it.

How do I delete a document?+

Open the Vault and delete it. It is removed from storage and from future analyses.

Security & privacy

Is my data used to train AI models?+

No. Your documents, prompts and outputs are never used to train shared models.

Who can see my cases?+

You, members of your organisation, and authorised administrators. Data is isolated by organisation and department at the database level.

How do I export or delete my data?+

Edit or delete your profile, documents and draft cases directly in the workspace. Audit records may be retained where regulation requires.

Is there an audit trail?+

Yes. Every committee run and checker action is logged on the Audit page with who, what and when.

Is Mauyer financial advice?+

No. Outputs are analytical support for qualified judgement, not investment, legal, tax or credit advice.
